Return policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery of your order.

Items to be returned must comply with our Return Policy:

• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with their tags still attached (uncut) and in their original packaging.
 
• Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original brand boxes and dustbags and must be inside the protective box when they are returned.

• When trying on shoes, please be careful not to mark the soles and not to damage the brand box.

• If the item has any security tag or brand tag attached, it must be in its original position.

• Pantyhose, socks and lingerie must be returned with their hygiene labels intact, in their unopened packages and in perfect condition, when applicable.

• Lingerie and bathing suits can only be tried on over your clothes. We will not accept returns of items that have been used or stained.

• Due to the nature of face masks, we will not accept returns of this piece, unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

• Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the brand package and the documents provided with it.

• Custom made items cannot be returned as they were created to your specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns of this type of products, unless you have received them damaged.

Please be careful when trying on your pieces, because if you want to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If the return does not comply with our policies, it will not be accepted.

In order for you to have a better shopping experience, we offer you a flexible Return Policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your account or restrict future orders if your return behavior violates our Returns Policy. Please read our Terms and Conditions here.

Cancellation of an order under the Consumer Contract Regulations

Depending on where you live, you may choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulation (CCR) 2013 (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges). If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 10 days from the date your order arrived using one of the methods set forth below. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the partner brand or boutique from which you made the purchase.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us, preferably:

• By phone at +52 222 1 44 36 61, indicating your name, address and order number; either

• Completing and returning this cancellation form to the address specified on the form.
